JC Penny photo session

I loved my Halloween costume so much that I wanted to wear it everywhere. But still I didn’t love it as much as my mommy. She loved it so much that she took me to the JC Penny portrait studio for a few professional pictures. Here are some of the best:

Since we were in the photo studio, we took a few Christmas pictures, too. Mommy had another dress available for me to wear, the studio had the background available, so here is what came out:

Welcome to Gran Bahia Principe Coba

My parents (who didn’t sleep because they were packing) woke me up at 2:30 am to catch a 5:30 am flight. After a short layover in San Francisco we flew all the way to Cancun. We spent more time than we expected at the car rental place then it took us almost two hours to get to the resort (daddy drove at or below the speed limit).

Upon arrival we were upgraded to Premier status, which meant going to a different building to check in. After checking in, we got lost in the resort before we eventually found our room. A towel swan was waiting for us in bed, and turned into a simple towel when I got my hands on it. I was so quick that daddy didn’t even have time to take a picture of the swan. But don’t worry: many other towel animals visited us during the following days. Here they are:

My ballerina outfit

Daddy found a few dance studios in the area after a little bit of research (mostly Internet search). Only two of them accept kids younger than 3 and only Dance Connection has a class after 5:00 PM. A week ago we went there to find out more about the place and for my first dance class. Today was my second class and daddy took these pictures of me dressed and posing like a ballerina.

My first haircut

Today I had the first haircut of my life. We went to Monkey Dooz salon, where children can choose to have their haircut while driving a car or riding a horse. As one can see in the pictures below, I was a very good baby and I let my hair dresser trim, dry, and style my hair without any fuss.

Once we got home, daddy took a bunch of pictures of me with my new hair style. I did pose for some of them:
